Elpas Low Frequency Exciters
Elpas LF Exciters emit user adjustable,
electromagnetic (125KHz) fields that are designed to cover interior or exterior doorways,
gates and other limited access chokepoints. As a result, whenever an
individual or asset bearing an active Elpas RFID tag enters the exciter's magnetic
field; the mobile tag is prompted to transmit its pre-programmed data messages.
These messages are detected by the Elpas RF reader infrastructure and are either
locally processed or relayed over the LonTalk network to the EIRIS server
machine in support of the configured Elpas tracking or security application.
