The
Elpas Wireless Input Module
is a supervised, RTLS
transmitter for the wireless monitoring of single or multi-level
staff/patient/resident call points, pull switches in addition to other
ancillary facility monitoring points.
The
module emits EMI safe 433MHz RF communication messages that enables the
reporting and monitoring of ‘State’ changes from up to two dry contact
inputs to be sent via the Elpas Ethernet infrastructure to a host Elpas
RTLS application or to other management monitoring solutions.
The
optional LF-enabled version also includes a 125KHz low frequency LF
receiver that enables local cancellation when using an Elpas Handheld
LF.
Constructed of white polycarbonate plastic, the module can be surface
mounted onto solid walls and ceilings or easily located above dropped
(false) ceilings.
The
Wireless Input Module supports remote device supervision, features an
onboard visual status indicator and may be powered by either a
field-replaceable lithium battery or by a single 1/2AA battery.
